Meet Our 3rd Generation Owner

Raph O’Neill

As a third-generation leader of O’Neill’s Music, Raph O’Neill has dedicated his life to continuing his family’s legacy of bringing quality pianos to Baton Rouge. He joined the business in 1984, studied business administration at LSU while performing with the A Cappella choir, and took over daily operations in 2009. His deep expertise and passion for music drive O’Neill’s commitment to serving musicians, educators, and institutions with top-tier instruments and service.

Under Raph’s leadership, O’Neill’s Music has expanded its impact through initiatives like the O’Neill’s Performance Space, the O’Neill’s sponsored Manship Theatre Recital Program, and Yamaha's Institutional Dealer for most of Louisiana. Whether you’re a beginner, educator, or professional, Raph and his team are here to help you find the perfect piano.

Greg Boles

Piano Technician & Sales

Greg has been part of the O’Neill’s family since 1992, bringing decades of expertise in both piano sales and technical service. A graduate of Yamaha’s Little Red Schoolhouse, the industry's premier piano technician training program, Greg is fully certified to service every piano we sell. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's in Music Education from LSU and was a proud member of the LSU Tiger Marching Band.

Kathy Rumfellow

Sales Associate & Music Educator

With a background in music therapy, private lessons, and homeschool music education, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for music to O’Neill’s.  She spent years as an accompanist for Christian Youth Theater and currently serves as accompanist for a local church choir.  When she’s not surrounded by beautiful grand pianos, you might find her birdwatching!
